Provides administrative support to the Production Department.


  1. Manages and maintains the General Manager’s schedule.
  2. Prepares invoices, reports, memos, and other documents as requested.
  3. Files and retrieves documents, records, and reports.
  4. Prepares responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  5. Performs general office duties such as ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance for the office equipment, and maintaining records.
  6. Prepares agendas for sales personnel.
  7. Provides relief for the receptionist as needed.


  1. Must have at least three years of experience in an office environment.
  2. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  3. Some College is preferred.
  4. Basic PC skills are required.
