    Under limited supervision, manages and provides support to Accounts Receivable employees and the Route Accounting Department.


    1. Computes route commissions and makes necessary adjustments.
    2. Reviews accounting records with the Accounts Receivable Analysts.
    3. Establishes and communicates standard operating procedures.
    4. Reviews problem items sent from the Credit Department.
    5. Conducts billings for unique customer situations.
    6. Reports departmental progress to the Controller.
    7. Maintains records of freight claim reimbursement 


    1. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
    2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
    3. 5 years Accounts Receivable experience in a supervisory position.
    4. Food industry experience is preferred.
    5. Strong PC skills are required.
    6. Must be skilled in 10-key data entry.
