    Overview

     

    Arrange transportation of multiple loads, providing on time deliveries to customers using outside carriers.

    Responsibilities

    1. Tender Loads to Carriers
    2. Monitor Load executions by Carriers
    3. Respond to changes in order status, late deliveries or order changes
    4. Daily problem solving
    5. Building partnerships and solving logistics issues with carriers, customer service, and Reser’s distribution centers
    6. Constant review of ongoing and incoming customer needs

    Qualifications

    1. 2-5 years office experience required
    2. Transportation, logistic, warehouse or driver experience a plus
    3. Ability to multi-task, handle constant interruptions, provide back up for dispatcher and routers a must
    4. Must be available to answer calls on evenings and weekends
    5. High school diploma required
